[HINT: MAKE EXTRA COPIES]. Your fax order MUST BE NEAT AND LEGIBLE. Print the codes, product descriptions and quantities clearly and boldly
in black ink. Please call and confirm our receipt of your fax shortly after sending it to us and we will call you back if we did not receive your fax.

If you do not receive a response from us before order time line ends please call to verify receipt. Emails not verified prior to 4:00PM may not be processed until the next order/day.
MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be
easier. Note: just browse our catalogue and
fax or email. Phone orders are discouraged
for a number of reasons, including accuracy
and product codes miscommunications.
Payments are due at time of delivery. When
there is no-one to receive a delivery,
balances are due within 5 days. If no
payment has been received by then, Organix Direct will automatically charge the total to your credit card. If your bill is not paid on time for any reason, we will take orders with cash or certified checks only! Our minimum order is $35.00.

ORDERING INFORMATION
To place your order call the order desk between 8:30AM and 5:30PM Monday through Saturday. When ordering give your name and phone number. We will then want you to begin your ordering by giving us the alphanumeric product code number followed by description. If you desire less than a case lot and splitting cases on that specific item is permitted, please give the number of units by saying “each”, for example, 3 each. Please note split cases are not eligible for monthly specials pricing. We will then read back your product description and amount.
GROCERY NOTE: 3 units per case are required to
split a case.
ORDERING GROCERIES: Right now, we offer orders one time per month. Deliveries will usually be on Fridays. Of course, this can change slightly and always depends what day we receive our shipment from supplier.
You can place, change, make substitutions for items, or delete orders before Saturday 4 pm. After that, add on’s will be taken by phone until noon on Monday. At that point, we cannot change or cancel your order. Please order carefully. If you have not received your delivery by 8 pm on the scheduled day of delivery you must contact us that day so we can track your order and get it to you in a timely fashion. If you do not contact us within 24 hours, we will not be responsible for replacing your order or refunding your money.

PRICING
All prices shown are exclusive of sales tax. This will be added to your subtotal, as will the delivery fee.
You SAVE 10% off cases of groceries & 5%
off cases of produce!!
NOTE: specific charges apply for split cases
on groceries (see SPLIT CASES section).
DELIVERY
We deliver by zip code. Check out
our new pick~up options on 'delivery page'.
A small fee for this excellent service will be included. This will help us to maintain low prices and just covers our costs. All perishables, fruit and vegetables will be delivered in coolers. When you order again, we will trade-off coolers. For coolers not returned, $20 will be charged to your credit card. Delivery days may differ-usually only by a day-according to suppliers schedule and local routing.
Organix Direct is not responsible for items after they have been dropped off at your location. This includes animal damage - provide a logical drop-off area.
Please return gel paks & coolers CLEAN.
OUT OF STOCK
Occasionally when you order a product it may be not available when we order. If this should happen, we will process the remaining items so that we get your order to you as soon as possible. We will first contact so you can substitute an item during time line.
ADD-ON’S AND ADJUSTMENTS
For convenience you can leave your add-on’s on our voicemail. Calling with your add-on’s is the quickest way to ensure your order is complete. Add-on’s by fax or email will also be accepted prior to 12:00 Noon sharp day of cut off.
SPLIT CASES
Organix Direct offers split case
purchasing on most of the items we sell. As
such we have indicated the items that must
be purchased in full case lots by 'SC'
after the item description. In order
to meet our suppliers requirements, a
MINIMUM OF 3 items per case is needed.
The asterisk indicates that you may purchase
as little as one (1) unit/piece of that
item. All orders containing over 50% split cases,
will have an additional $5.00 handling fee. SPLIT CASES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR
MONTHLY SPECIAL PRICING.
ADDITIONAL CATALOGS
Catalogues are updated approximately
every 3 months. Our first one to you is
complimentary. If you want an updated
catalogue each time one is printed-no
problem.! Just let us know and you will be
on the list. Provide your name, address,
phone number and we will automatically send
one every time. After your first one, each
catalogue is $5.00 (print cost). Specials
and new items will be listed in a separate
flyer monthly.
RETURNS/CREDITS
Credits must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise, or we cannot guarantee that the credit will be honored. Upon approval a credit will be issued on your next invoice. Our office must authorize all returns. On fax orders where the item code and description don’t match, we try to process the order by the product description. However, if we ship a product based on the product code provided, you are responsible for the misordered item(s). Customers must store items in proper environment until the merchandise return occurs (i.e. frozen, refrigerated, etc.). A 15% restocking fee will be charged on misordered goods.
TERMS OF PAYMENT AND FINANCE CHARGES
Returned checks incur a $25.00 service charge. If one check is returned for any reason we will ship goods on a cash, certified check or money order basis only. Overdue accounts will be charged to credit card after 5 days. Organix Direct reserves this option.
PRIVACY POLICY
Credit card numbers are taken to guarantee payment and also as security deposit for coolers used during delivery process.
If you do not want to give credit card details over the internet, just phone us with your account number and card details.
Organix Direct will not sell, rent or give away our mailing or email lists to anyone.
SECURITY
Organix Direct uses secure server software (SSL), which is the industry standard, and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
These instructions, guidelines and
