This page allows us to make sure we have all your information on file.

A credit card on file is necessary to guarantee payment on your order. You do not have to use this as a payment method- it is just a security measure. Please see order page for a secure site where you can enter this information. A credit card also facilitates delivery and is assurance that coolers (used to deliver perishables) will be returned. You can add your delivery instructions on the order page.

If you do not order consecutively, we ask that either you keep coolers in a ʽsafeʼ place until the next time you order, or we will be glad to pick them up to use for other deliveries.

Payment options include:  cash, check, Visa & Master Card.    Using your credit card on file to  pay order total requires your prior authorization.  Invoices are presented upon delivery & due at that time.   Balances not paid within 5 days will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.  Organix Direct reserves this option.  Future orders from you are payable by cash or certified check only!
